Acceptance of the Terms of Service
CometID.com ("CometID") is the affiliate site with bitcomet.com, owned and operated by Comet Network("Comet") , is provided to you ("Member") under the terms and conditions of the CometID Terms of Service and any operation rules or policies published by Comet or bitcomet.com. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and CometID.com. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before using the CometID.com service. By using this Service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to use the Service. Content Submitted to CometID.
CometID does not claim ownership of the Content you place on your CometID Site. CometID may quote or reproduce small portions of your content (if you have made it public) in order to promote your CometID site and/or the CometID service, but only on a fair-use-type basis. You acknowledge that CometID does not pre-screen Content, but that CometID and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, CometID and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

We disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet using search results from our sites.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. IN ADDITION, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE CONTENT ON OUR SITES. OUR SITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
